1 The price of the goods sold by the authorized dealer must be strictly in accordance with the price of the products provided by Yongkang Sanqi Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., and the price must not be falsified.

2. Authorized dealers must complete the sales volume stipulated by the company while operating three products, otherwise the company has the right to withdraw the authorization.

3. Authorized dealers should fully support and cooperate with the market development, management and maintenance of the three companies, and actively feedback the sales dynamics and market information of similar products in the market competition of the three companies.
